EY, the accounting firm, needed help recruiting the next generation of auditors on college campuses. Their ideal candidates possessed curious minds, driven to find solutions – they were Natural Born Solvers. The resulting suite of materials from this insight used a visual language based around puzzles and a collection of brain teasers that brought fresh thinking to their recruiting events. Focusing on seeing the missing pieces and reading between the lines, the identity took form.
