MTV was once the channel you would watch between your fingers. You would tune in to see what wild shit was going on in the world of music. You'd tune in to jam to your new favorite video, be shocked by what was real or even be inspired to make a reckless choice or two. MTV is still a platform for all these things. Aiming to reaffirm these attributes while helping the network stand for what it believes in, Rated M was developed to label content that meets these qualifications.
Rated M is not saying, "Please like us on Facebook."
Rated M is saying, "You want to listen to this shit right now."
